Nicholas Castillo, known affectionately as Moreno, passed away on August 9, 2024, at the age of 61. Born on June 3, 1963, in República Dominicana, he spent his final years in White Plains, NY, where he was a beloved member of the community.

Nicholas had a passion for playing dominoes and enjoyed savoring his favorite dish, mofongo. A devoted baseball fan, he found joy in the simple pleasures of life, often reflecting on his motto, "La vida es solo una," which encapsulated his vibrant spirit.

He is survived by his children, Maria and Francisco Castillo, who carry on his legacy, as well as three brothers and six sisters. Nicholas will be remembered for his warmth, laughter, and deep love for his hometown, a place he cherished dearly. He will be missed by all who knew him.
