Nekole loved spending time with her family and friends. She enjoyed fishing with her son Brody. In her free time Nekole could always be found at her Moms horse barn. Most Sundays were spent at the barn with family and friends just hanging out and riding horses. She got her love of horses from her mother. Her Mother had her riding horses before she could walk. She was so proud to watch her daughter Jordan show horses and enjoyed the time spent together. What started with lead line and 4-H turned into a life long passion of showing horses. A passion that she passed on to many children whom she taught to ride and care for horses.
Nekole said many times they are a meat and potato’s kind of family. She enjoyed cooking meals for her family and could cook about any kind of meat you gave her. You could always count on her to bring her Italian pasta to any gathering.
Nekole loved anything with a good beat she could dance to. She loved to dance at any celebration and made sure those around her had a good time.
Nekole would always help anyone that needed it. She always took care of her family and had many friends that became family. She had a way with people that made them instantly love her. She was strong willed and would stand her ground when needed. She loved all creatures big and small and cared for any injured or abandoned animal. She took pride in raising her Frenchies and horses.
Nekole loved nothing more that her son, daughter, step son and step daughter along with her nephews and nieces. She was very dedicated to her family and friends.
Nekoles favorite place was in Texas visiting her Brother Eson and his family. She also enjoyed trips to Florida. She loved beach days and just relaxing in the sun. She also enjoyed days at the barn and hanging out at her parents pond watching the kids swim and play. Her special place was the creek farm where she spent time fishing or watching the kids and her dogs play.
Nekole enjoyed several series but could usually be found watching hunting shows with her son Brody and fiancé Jim. She and Jim may have never been married on paper but they spent their life’s together as husband and wife. Bear hunting was a big part of her life and a passion shared with Jim, Brody and step daughter Julia.
In school Nekole was a cheerleader and played softball. She played softball after school on several teams for fun. She enjoyed watching any sport her children or nephews were in and made it to every game she could.
