Nathaniel (Nate) Edwards, 67 years of age passed away peacefully on March 5, 2026 in Macon, GA. He was born November 13, 1958 in Atlanta, GA to Jonell Edwards and Washington Edwards. He attended Murphy High School in Atlanta, GA. He married Felita (Felitha) Edwards over 40 years ago in Atlanta, GA and they shared a great life together. He was an auto mechanic for the entirety of his life. Everyone in the neighborhood could count on “Chunk” to fix a car. He enjoyed eating everything sweet, spending time with his family and he loved going fishing. He is survived by his wife Felita Edwards, his daughters Tameka Fitzpatrick (Sara and 2 Granddaughters Kailyn and Jessica), Nadra Edwards (Kenneth Jr and granddaughters and grandsons (Kenneth III, Kennal, KeNigel, Nigel, Kendarious, Zaraniah, Kayden, Karter, Kashton, Zaniyah), and Nedra Edwards; his sisters Kathy (Lady Bug) Edwards-Smith, Teresa (Tie) Edwards-Perez and Joann (Sue) Whitehead and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.  He will be joining his father Washington Edwards, mother Jonell Edwards and 3 brothers Juan (Bubba) Edwards, John Henry Edwards, Jimmy Edwards in heaven.
