Naas Prinsloo, affectionately known as Nasa, was born on October 23, 1981, in Pretoria, South Africa. He passed away on December 14, 2024, leaving behind cherished memories in the hearts of many. Most recently, he resided in Waverley, Pretoria.
Naas was a passionate programmer whose skills and dedication to his craft made him a valued member of the tech community. He found joy not only in his work but also in his favorite hobbies, which included gaming and programming. A lover of good food, Naas favored comfort dishes like mac & cheese, meatballs, and lasagna, often sharing meals with friends he cherished deeply.
Socializing was one of Naas's greatest joys; he loved nothing more than spending time with his friends, forging bonds that would last a lifetime. Known for his stubbornness, he also had a playful spirit that endeared him to those around him. Naas was an avid rugby fan, and his enthusiasm for the sport reflected his spirited personality.
He is survived by his brother, who will remember him as a close friend and a beloved sibling. Naas's life was punctuated by his favorite saying, "Shappies," which encapsulated his outlook on life and the warmth he brought to those around him. Though he had no spouse or children, his legacy lives on in the countless memories shared with friends and family. Naas Prinsloo will be missed dearly, but his spirit will continue to inspire those who knew and loved him.
