He is survived by his loving wife Connie Steel-Tillman; sons Jeff Timmons, Richard Tillman, and Randy Tillman; step-sons Bobby Steel and Chris Steel; grandchildren Alisha, Kyle, and Meghan Byrne, Tyler Tillman, Katie, Jordan, and Dylan Steel, Jake, Gabrielle, and Bradley Steel; and two great-grandchildren

He had a sister and brother-in-law Carroll and Bobbie Keith, and a brother Bill Tillman
