Predeceased by wife Marion, brother Joseph, and sister-in-law Jean Knox. Survived by daughter Linda and her husband Jim Cassidy, special family friend Kathy Saville, nephew Gary and his wife Audrey.
Served in WWII in the Self Propelled 19th Field Artillery Regiment and landed at Juno Beach on D-Day.
Fondly remembered as Grampa Bruce by Kyle, Marc, and Johnny.
The family thanks C.C.A.C. support workers Rosemary, Martha, Vicky, and Carol, all the staff at Macassa Lodge Ward 2C West, and Sister Patricia from St. Joseph’s Hospital.
Friends may call at the MARLATT FUNERAL HOME, 615 Main Street East, Hamilton on Tuesday, February 16th from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.
A funeral service will take place in the FUNERAL HOME CHAPEL on Wednesday, February 17th at 1 p.m.
Interment to follow at Hamilton Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the S.P.C.A. would be appreciated by the family.
