Mitchel Scott Hollinger, known affectionately as Mitch, was born on August 28, 1960, in Bronxville, NY. He passed away on February 7, 2025, in Roatán, Honduras, where he had made his home in recent years.

Mitch was a devoted father to his daughters, Laura and Dana, and a loving grandfather to his cherished grandchildren, Amy and Brandon. He found immense joy in spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren, who brought him endless happiness.

A passionate sports enthusiast, Mitch was an avid fan of NY Giants football and spent many weekends cheering for his team. He loved the beach, where he could relax and enjoy the sun, and often shared these moments with his loved ones.

Mitch is survived by his parents, Bea and Buddy Hollinger, and his sisters, Marci and Renee, who will all remember him fondly. His warmth, humor, and love for his family will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
