It's with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loving, mother, grandmother, wife and friend. (Misty) Doris Margaret Underwood, on July 9th 2024 at her home in Calgary Alberta, at the age of 70 years.
Misty had a heart of gold, she loved unconditionally.
She had 2 children, Misty Dawn, and Louie, in Victoria BC. She had 3 beautiful granddaughters, Briana,Chantel,and Desiree.
Misty lost her daughter, to cancer, and shortly after moved to Calgary, and moved in with her common law husband Les Giles.
Misty's family grew over the past 8 years. She had a step daughter Clarissa and 2 grandson's Raistlin and Malakai.
She always said "Blood doesn't make you family!"
Misty was an amazing women, in everyway!
Misty always said "she was an outsider looking in."
Misty was predeceased by her mother, father, and daughter. She will be deeply missed and always remembered by her granddaughters, Briana Reyes, Chantel Underwood, and Desiree Underwood, son in law James Unger, son Louie waters, common law husband Les Giles, sister crissie, neice cheri Baker,step Daughter Clarissa Wuerch, son in law Krys Wuerch, and grandson's Raistlin and Malakai.
Don't be sad with what you lost, be happy with the time you had.
