Mildred Cynthia Jolley, also affectionately known as Milly , was born on She was born on November 22, 1943 to Virginia and Grayson Jolley in Sharptown, MD, . She passed on to glory on April 28 , 2024. She moved to New Jersey after graduating from high school but permanently made her residence in Wilmington, DE.”

Mildred's greatest loves in life were God and her family. She dedicated herself to raising her four children, Linette, Tecumesh, Marylin and Louis, as well as being a cherished grandmother and great-grandmother, family was truly her pride and joy.

She graduated from Mardela springs Highschool in Maryland then went on to obtain a certification from the A.B.C (Associated Business Careers Inc.) in Data Processing where Mildred had a successful career in banking, where she made significant contributions. She worked diligently, always with the motto "God's got my back!" in mind. Her strong work ethic and loving nature made her an exceptional mother, grandmother, and friend.

Mildred is survived by her daughter Linette and son Louis, who will continue to cherish her memory. She also leaves behind a legacy of love in her grandchildren, including Romia J, Shawn J, Andre C, Darius C, Sada j, Chantal C, Tanisha W and Demitrus J, and a host of 23 great-grandchildren as well as adopted "nieces and nephews."

Mildred Cynthia Jolley will be remembered for her loving nature, strength, hard work, and willingness to help others. The lovingkidness She displayed had a profound impact on the lives of those around her and will be deeply missed.
