Mr. Mickey Daniel Archer, affectionately known as Mick, was born on August 16, 1959, in Roanoke , Alabama, and passed away peacefully at his residence on March 30, 2023. A loving, handy, and thoughtful man, Mickey was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and uncle.

     Mickey is survived by his loving wife, Marcia Archer, with whom he shared many cherished years. He was a proud and dedicated father to his daughter, Janice Archer (Michael), and his son, Mickey Archer (Jessica). Mickey's love for his family extended to his grandchildren, Sarah Bennett, Daniel Archer, Michelle Archer, who will fondly remember their grandfather's kind and gentle spirit.

     In addition to his immediate family, Mickey is survived by his brother, Joe Archer; his sister-in-law, Mary Archer; and several nieces and nephews, who will miss his warm presence and thoughtful guidance. Mickey's strong family values and unwavering love for his family were evident in every aspect of his life.

     Mickey was of the Baptist faith. He had a passion for the outdoors and enjoyed spending time fishing. His love for nature was only matched by his enthusiasm for NASCAR racing and the Alabama Crimson Tide. Mickey's competitive spirit and unwavering loyalty to his favorite sports teams brought excitement and joy to his life and the lives of those who knew him.

     Mickey's legacy will live on in the hearts of his family and friends, who will always remember him as a loving, handy, and thoughtful man. His presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will continue to inspire and guide those who were fortunate enough to know him.

     As we remember Mickey, let us reflect on the love, laughter, and joy he brought to our lives, and cherish the memories we shared with him. May his spirit continue to inspire us to live our lives with love, compassion, and gratitude.
