Michael Rowe Jenkins, lovingly known as Mikey, passed away on April 23, 2024, at the age of 48. He was born on March 11, 1976, in Homestead, PA, and was a resident of West Mifflin, PA.
Mikey was a talented welder by profession, and his skill and dedication were admired by all who knew him. He had a love for cooking, fishing, and repairing cars, finding joy in the simple pleasures of life. Brisket was his favorite food, and he could often be found preparing a delicious meal for his family and friends.
Music was a significant part of Mikey's life, with Joni Mitchell and AC/DC being among his favorite bands and musical artists. He delighted in the sound of their melodies, often humming along to their tunes. Mikey was also an avid sports enthusiast, with baseball, basketball, and football capturing his attention.
Above all, Mikey cherished spending time with his family and friends. He found immense happiness in their presence and brought smiles and laughter to their lives with his funny and goofy personality. His wife, Paulette Jenkins, was his rock, and their love was a testament to their enduring relationship since their marriage in 2004. Mikey was a loving father to his two children, Nicholas and Lucas, whom he adored with all his heart.
