Michael King Donnell, 69, of Hallettsville, TX, passed away on April 8, 2024. He was born on October 13, 1954, in Houston, Texas.

Throughout his life, Michael had a passion for adventure and the great outdoors. He enjoyed spending his time four wheeling and UTV riding, as well as working on trails for the park. Michael also found solace in taking his boat out on the San Bernard river, where he could embrace the tranquility of nature.

Michael was a loving sibling and cherished by his family. He is survived by his brother, Steve Donnell, and his wife Sandra, as well as his sister, Sandy Knetig. He was a beloved grandfather to Lucas, Kessid, and Raleigh Pierce, as well as Laynee and Wyatt Gregurek.

Michael is preceded in death by his parents, W.C. "Don" and Fran Donnell, and his sister Connie Thibodeaux.

His presence will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his memory will live on in the hearts of his family and friends.

A private memorial service will be held to celebrate Michael's life. Rest in peace, Michael King Donnell. You will forever be remembered and cherished.
