Michael Edward May, beloved father, grandfather, and friend, passed away peacefully on July 6, 2024, at the age of 70. He was born on March 16, 1954, in Jackson, Mississippi, where he spent his early years before settling in Hinds County.
Michael was a man of many passions and lived his life to the fullest. He had a wild spirit and an adventurous heart, finding joy in the simple pleasures of life. Riding Harley Davidson motorcycles and horses brought him great happiness, as did spending time on the beach or any sandy shore. The sound of good music resonated deeply with him, and he always cherished moments shared with his loved ones.
Above all, Michael held a special place in his heart for his children and his 11 adoring grandchildren. Their love and presence brought him immeasurable joy and fulfillment. He treasured every moment spent with them, creating cherished memories that will be forever etched in their hearts.
The beach held a special meaning for Michael, as it symbolized a place of serenity and tranquility. It was where he found solace and a deep connection to nature. There will be a celebration of life for Mike. Refreshments will be available with a cash bar and juke box available to play all of his favorite songs and pool tables too
