Mike Payne , 66 passed away on May 17, 2026. He is proceeded in death by his Mother Martha Payne Gibson and sister Deborah Payne Rogers. He is survived by his daughter Teresa Angel Conrad and sisters Kathy Baxley, Paula Gragg and Angela Reece. Five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews and cousins .
