Merissa Rhiannon Galloway, known affectionately as Rissa, was born on December 2, 1980, in Kansas City, Missouri. She passed away peacefully on January 17, 2025, leaving behind a loving family and countless cherished memories.

Rissa was the beloved daughter of Sheila Jawed and David McBath. She is survived by her siblings Sonja, Ric, Ian, and David, who will always remember her vivacious spirit and kind heart. Rissa was a dedicated mother to her three children, Zane Vrentas, Evan Galloway, and Jordyn Galloway, who were her pride and joy. She often spoke of her children with great love and admiration, celebrating their achievements and supporting them through life's challenges.

In addition to her family, Rissa shared her life with her loyal dog, Rayden Jax, who was a constant companion and source of comfort.

Merissa will be remembered for her warmth, laughter, and the love she freely gave to all around her. Her presence will be deeply missed by her family and friends in Kansas City, where she spent her life and built her community.
