Matthew Thomas Hofman, also known as Matt the conqueror, was born on April 24, 1988, in Bakersfield, CA. He recently passed away on May 9, 2024, in Coeur d'Alene, ID. Matt was known for his love of discussing velocity banking with his friends and indulging in crawfish at Malcolm's house. He was a dedicated fan of Malcolm Marshall and the Dalaelis, and his favorite place in the world was Malcolm's Barndo.
One interesting fact about Matt was that he always felt there was never enough EBITDA. However, his true passion lied in talking with his friends Malcolm and Kevin about financial opportunities. He often quoted the line, "Life is a garden, dig it," from the movie Joe Dirt. Matt's proudest accomplishment was the immense love he had for his friends, Malcolm and Kevin.
Matt's career peaked in high school, and he had a motto of paying down his mortgage or die trying. He was married to Jamie and had two children, Shepherd and Shiloh. He was survived by his parents, Malcolm and Kevin.
Matthew Thomas Hofman's hunger for financial knowledge and his unwavering love for his friends will be remembered by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. May he rest in peace.
We'll plant real trees for you in Matthew's memory and display your contribution forever.
