Mary Lena Jackson, beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, passed away peacefully on April 9, 2024, at the age of 81. She was born on April 13, 1942, in Columbus, Georgia, to the late Charlie Mae Harmon.

Mary Lena attended the public schools in Columbus before relocating to Eatonville, Florida, with her family as a teenager. There, she made a loving home for herself and her family. Mary Lena was a devoted partner to her long companion of over fifty years, the late John Hazel Caldwell.

Mary Lena will be deeply missed by her son, Otis Williams of Avon Park, Florida, and her daughter, Carol White of Eatonville, Florida. She leaves behind a legacy of love through her grandchildren: Abby Brown (Roderick) of Orlando, Florida; Britney Cobb, Timmy Cobb Jr., Antoine Atkins, Desmond Williams, and Yafeit Davis. Mary Lena was also a proud great-grandmother to Torrence Pitts, Antonio Price, Keyon Davis, Markice Pritchett, Keyonna Davis, Damarion Williams, Kavon Davis, Timmy Cobb III, and Malaki Cobb.

She is survived by her brother, Marion Harmon of Eatonville, Florida, and her sister, Betty Holden (Henry) of Eatonville, Florida, as well as her sister, Eunice Berry of Orlando, Florida. Mary Lena will be lovingly remembered by her nieces, nephews, and a host of other relatives and friends.

In honoring Mary Lena's life, a funeral service will be held on [insert date, time, and location]. She will be laid to rest at [insert cemetery name].
