Marvin was a dedicated handyman and took great pride in his work, always helping others and ensuring that his surroundings were clean and organized.

A passionate basketball fan, Marvin cherished the Chicago Bulls and often enjoyed playing the game himself. He loved spending time outdoors, particularly at South Shore Beach in Chicago, where he found joy in nature and the company of his family. Marvin had a deep appreciation for music, with a particular fondness for rap, and he enjoyed a variety of genres.

Family was everything to Marvin, who is survived by his beloved son and his sister. He was a proud father and uncle, and his love for his family was evident in everything he did. Marvin was known for his great sense of humor, always bringing laughter to those around him. He once heroically saved someone’s life from a fire, a testament to his helpful spirit and courage.
