Marlow Don Aipperspach, born on August 3, 1937, in Turon, Kansas, passed away on December 30, 2024, in Wichita, Kansas. Don enjoyed a lifetime career working for the Civil Service, primarily at Boeing.
Don was known for his passion for restoring antique clocks and stationary engines, hobbies that brought him immense joy and satisfaction. He loved dining out at fine restaurants, relishing the opportunity to explore new culinary experiences. His good sense of humor endeared him to many, leaving a lasting impression on those who knew him.
Don was first married to DeEtta Kasterke, with whom he had three children: son Alan Aipperspach, daughter Terrie Aipperspach, and late daughter Brenda Klein. He later remarried Ellen Aipperspach, who shared in his love of life. Don cherished his role as a grandfather to six grandchildren: Brandi Ballinger, Darick Parson, Adam Klein, Natalie Cook, Dustin Aipperspach, and Stephanie Aipperspach.
He is survived by his sister, Lila Truitt, of Turon, Kansas, and will be remembered fondly by his family and friends for his warmth and laughter. Don is with the ones he loves in heaven now and the Aipperspach's legacy will continue to live on in the hearts of those he touched throughout his life
