Marlene Laurie Romero, affectionately known as NoNeee, was born on March 13, 1977, in Albuquerque, NM. She passed away peacefully on November 6, 2024, in her beloved hometown.

Marlene was a devoted mother to her three children, including the late DeAndre Garcia, Annalise Juarez, and Mateo Juarez, who were her pride and joy. She cherished every moment spent with them and always reminded them of her life motto, "Life is too short."

A talented writer, Marlene poured her heart into her craft, finding solace and expression in the written word. She was known for her warmth, creativity, and an unwavering love for her family.

Marlene is survived by her loving parents, Dolly and Gabriel Romero, as well as her sisters Cindy, Karen, and Dorothy Romero. She also leaves behind ten cherished nieces and nephews who will carry her memory in their hearts.

Marlene's spirit will live on through her children and the countless lives she touched with her kindness and talent. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her.
