Markos Richard Robert Winkle

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Markos Richard Robert Winkle, a beloved father, brother, and friend. Markos was shot and killed on December 7, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of kindness, strength, and love that will forever be cherished by those who knew him.

Born on October 21, 1978, Markos was a man of great character, known for his youthful spirit and warm presence. He carried himself with grace, humour, and an unwavering dedication to his family.

He was a devoted father to Kayzar Winkle, Jacob Winkle, and Arella Winkle, who will forever hold his memory close. Markos touched many lives with his generosity and wisdom, always offering a helping hand and a listening ear. He also devoted his life to building his business from the ground up.

His passing leaves a deep void, but his love, laughter, and countless cherished memories will remain in our hearts.

A service to honour and celebrate Markos’s life will be held at Mammy Park Baptist church on February 17, 2025. Family and friends are invited to gather, share stories, and remember a man who meant so much to so many.

May he rest in peace, knowing he was deeply loved and will never be forgotten.
