Mark Robert Wilson, 68, of Riverton, Utah, returned home to his Heavenly Father on May --, 2024. He was born on August 28, 1955, to Walter Teddy Wilson and Doris Mozelle Wilson in Salt Lake City at the LDS Hospital. Mark was the second oldest of six children.
Mark is survived by his eternal companion, Patricia Ann Smith Wilson, whose love and commitment he cherished throughout their life together. Their enduring bond was a testament to their mutual respect, shared dreams, and deep, abiding love.
As a devoted father, Mark leaves behind three children: Patricia Kay Thompson, Christopher Mark Wilson (Brittani Bleazard Wilson), and Jessica Nicole Torrez Diaz (Victor Manuel Torrez Diaz). Adoptive children that he claims as his Keri Richardson (Gary Richardson), Kendra Howard (Jason Howard). He treasured every moment spent with his children, offering them wisdom, kindness, and unwavering support. His role as a father was one of his greatest joys, and he worked tirelessly to ensure his children felt loved and valued.
Mark's joy extended to his grandchildren, who brought immense pride and happiness into his life. He adored his three granddaughters, Chloe, Shaelee, and Issabelle, and his grandson, Elijah. Adoptive granddaughters Ellie, Madeline and Elizabeth and adoptive grandsons Hayden, Caleb and Emmett. Mark relished every opportunity to create cherished memories with them, sharing stories, life lessons, vacations, camping adventures and abundant love.
He is also survived by his brothers, Bryan James Wilson and Scott Mitchell Wilson. Mark was preceded in death by his parents, Walter Teddy Wilson and Doris Mozelle Wilson, and his siblings, Gary Lynn Wilson, Linda Wilson, and Christopher Wayne Wilson.
Mark's life was characterized by his dedication to family and faith. He lived with purpose, guided by the values instilled in him by his parents. His legacy of love, commitment, and faith will continue to inspire those who knew him.
Funeral services will be held at [location] on [date] at [time]. A viewing will be held prior to the service from [time] to [time]. Interment will follow at Riverton Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to his sweet wife to help with medical expenses in Mark's care before his passing.
Mark's spirit lives on in the hearts of those he loved, and the cherished memories they hold dear. He will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
