Mark Howard Beckett, age 63, passed away on July 14, 2024, in Lafayette, IN. He was born on September 10, 1960, in Tuscola, IL, to Virginia Bryant and the late Robert Beckett.

Mark was a loving husband, married to Lori Brown on December 31, 1985. Together, they created a beautiful family and cherished their time together.

Mark had a vibrant personality and never knew a stranger. His sense of humor and ability to connect with anyone made him a beloved friend to all who knew him. He had a passion for motorcycles, especially his cherished Harley, and spent many joyful hours riding the open road.

One of Mark's greatest joys in life was spending time with his grandkids. He loved teaching them to drive golf carts, hunt bunnies, and create mischief with water cannons and other playful inventions. He treasured every moment shared with them and made lasting memories.

In his free time, Mark enjoyed watching TV shows about cars and was particularly interested in anything related to Nazis and World War II. His curiosity and enthusiasm for these subjects were a testament to his lifelong love of learning.

Mark leaves behind a legacy of love and laughter. He is survived by his devoted wife, Lori ; his loving children, Casey Beckett of Naples, FL, and Carrie Beckett of Lafayette, IN, and their spouses Melissa and Mijana, respectively; and his cherished grandchildren, Noah, Nico, Nolan, Tiely, Nathan, Ender, and Stella Beckett. He is also survived by his mother, Virginia Bryant; his brothers, Jeff Beckett and Donnie Bryant; brother-in-law Jim (Gayle) Brown; sister-in-law Nancy (Scott) Werner; as well as special sisters-in-law Caroline Beckett and Karen Bryant.

Mark Howard Beckett will be deeply missed by his family, friends, and all who were fortunate enough to have known him. May he rest in peace, forever remembered for his kind heart, sense of adventure, and everlasting love for his family.
