Marcell Davis Sr, A beloved brother, father, and friend, danced thru life with

a rthym all his own. Born April 22, 1969 In Fresno CA. Marcell spent his 55 years

making memories and building a legacy that will be forever cherished. On March 19,2025

, Marcell left us, but his spirit and the love he shared remain in the hearts of those who knew him.

A true native of Fresno, He graduated from Edison High School. Marcell was known for his unique perspective on life and his

unwavering spirituality. He was a leader in every sense of the word, guiding those around him with strong will and

a heart full of love. His journey a a father began in 1988 with the birth of his first son

Marcell Davis Jr, followed by his Daughter Maranda in 1990 , Second Son Marquise in 1991, and

his youngest Daughter Marlika 1992. His Children were his pride and joy, and as they grew, so did the

line up of grandchildren, brining even more happiness to Marcell's Life.

Known for his stubborn yet loving nature, Marcell was a devoted family man with a heart as big as his

personality. Those lucky enough to call him a friend knew him as a genuine, pure-hearted individual.

His family will forever cherish the warmth and wisdom he imparted. His personality was as viberant

as it was steadfast, a blend of bull-headed determination and an infectious zest for life. He loved

his music and his Cowboys.

Marcell is predeceased by his mother Genieveive Hall-Johnson His brother Lester Hall SR, His brother Elvis Davis,

His sister Naomi Hall, His Sister Casandra Hall- Haygood, Danetta Barder, And His sister Jennifer Hall.

Marcell Sr is survived his Children Marcell Davis Jr, Maranda Davis, Marquise Davis, And Marlika Davis. His Grandkids Antonio,

Amondre, Marcell III, Royal, Amia, Uriah, True, Amari'anna, Rah'Nikka, Rah'zyah, His brothers John Ferrow Jr,Kenny Gibson,

Floyd Davis-Hall, Lacey Gibson, And His sisters Samantha Hall, Leila Davis, Keisha Davis, Dineisha Davis, Shameka Davis,

And Crystal Perry.

With his passing he also leaves behind a host of neices, nephews, cousins, and close friends.

A memorial service will be held to celebrate his life at Jesse E Cooley Jr Funeral Home located at 1830 S Fruit Ave Fresno, CA 93706 at 10 am May 2, 2025
