Marc García, beloved son, brother, and friend, passed away on February 15, 2024, at the age of 17. He was born on March 29, 2006, in Dallas, TX, and most recently resided in Fort Worth, TX.
Marc had a zest for life that was evident in everything he did. He found joy in skateboarding and playing pool, embracing the thrill of these activities. He had a strong passion for pizza and street tacos, savoring their flavors with delight. Marc was a devoted fan of the band Suicide Boys, their music resonating with his soul.
One of Marc's greatest pleasures was playing Xbox games and immersing himself in virtual worlds. He cherished his time spent with his girlfriend, Nikki Ybarra, and his family. Marc's heart held a special place for Japan, his favorite place in the world, captivating him with its culture and beauty. Friends was his go-to TV show, bringing him laughter and comfort.
In his short life, Marc achieved remarkable milestones. He conquered his fear and held a snake for the first time, an accomplishment that filled him with pride. Riding a motorcycle for the first time was another momentous occasion that brought him immense joy. Marc pursued a career in engineering, where he hoped to make a difference.
Marc, possessed a unique personality that combined bluntness with kindness and love. He had a remarkable ability to encourage others, lifting their spirits with his words. Marc actively participated in his community as a member of the student council, displaying his leadership skills and dedication.
