Lucio Moses Castaneda, affectionately known as Moses or Lucy to his loved ones, passed away on May 27, 2024, at the age of 21. He was born on October 29, 2002, in Sunnyside, Washington, where he had lived his entire life.

Moses had a zest for life that was contagious. He found joy in the simplest things, such as enjoying his favorite McChicken or listening to his beloved band, Peso pluma. He was a true fan and appreciated the beauty of music.

Above all, Moses cherished his family and his faithful companion, his doggy Duke. His love for them was immeasurable, and he always found comfort and happiness in their presence. Family gatherings were especially important to him, where he would indulge in his favorite sport, football, together with his loved ones.

Moses had a playful spirit and was known for his sense of humor. His friends often called him Fattso, a nickname that he carried with pride. He had a unique way of looking at life and would often utter his signature phrase, "Seesh," bringing laughter and joy to those around him.

Moses was survived by his mother, Sarita Fuentes, and his siblings Lauren, Madison, Natalia, Adam, Ray Julian. He was also eagerly awaiting the arrival of his nephew's unborn baby boy, who would have held a special place in his heart. Moses' legacy, however, lives on through his furry friend Duke, who will continue to bring love and companionship to his family.

Lucio Moses Castaneda will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May his spirit of love and laughter live on in the hearts of those he touched.
