Playing baseball, playing baseball guitar was something he loved to do. He was self taught. He loved going to the racetrack with his father Lonnie Sr as well as repairing car
He loved all types of foods but chicken was one of favorites. He had a real sweet tooth for chocolate and ice cream
As a young adult Lonnie and some of his neighbor friends formed a musical band called Fortified Funk. They played around the city at lots of different venues. He had two particular songs that he loved to listen to, Never Gonna Dance Again by George Michaels and Better Days by Dianna Reeves
Lonnie Graduated from Dobbins Technical High School in 1979 and later that year joined the Army National Guards
Taking long drives throughout the countryside with his grandkids was one of his favorite pass times. He enjoyed taking them to the park, buggy rides and to the Sonic Restaurant
Was having his Grandson Lonnie 4th live with him. Graduating from Penn Manor High School and going to Shippensburg College was one of his proudest moments
Lonnie enjoyed watching old black and white television shows, but he loved to watch the Masked Singer and try to guest who the Stars were
Lonnie had a love for all Philadelphia Sports Teams but he had a special place in his heart for the Philadelphia E.A.G.L.E.S.
