London rayshawn Watkins was born August 23 of 1999. He suddenly passed in the morning. He was born and raised in bloomington indiana. He is survived by his mother shanda Watkins and father Nicholas Ross but also his siblings parris wall, shinem Ross and Marky Watkins. He also is survived by his two beautiful sons Mason Noel and Nicholas Noel. He had 4 nieces and newphews who he will forever be missed by. London was a very kind considerate soul. Anyone who knew him knew that he was a very loving bubbly out going and out spoken person. He was all about loving everyone and everyone getting along. His death has taken a whole toll on all of his family including his grandmother Melinda Watkins. He will be deeply missed. His family will contuine to carry to carry his memory and be his keepers. Their will be no service but a viewing for only immediate family.
