Lola Wilkins, age 80, of Monroe, Georgia, passed away peacefully on April 7, 2025. Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Lola carried the warmth, strength, and spirit of her roots throughout her life.
A devoted mother, grandmother, and matriarch, Lola leaves behind a legacy of love and resilience. She was the proud mother of 12 children and the cherished grandmother of 21 grandchildren, each of whom brought her immense joy and pride.
Lola had a passion for cooking and was most at home in the kitchen, where her meals brought her family together and filled her home with warmth. Above all, she loved her family fiercely and unconditionally, offering wisdom, laughter, and unwavering support.
She will be remembered for her generous heart, her comforting meals, and the strength with which she led her family.
Lola’s life will be celebrated by those who knew and loved her, and her memory will live on in the hearts of many.
