Lisa White, affectionately known as Gran gran, passed away peacefully on February 8, 2024, at the age of 87. She was born on September 22, 1936, in Elizabeth City, North Carolina, and had been residing in Brooklyn, NY, in recent years.

Lisa had a zest for life and found joy in the simplest pleasures. She loved going out to eat, cherishing moments with her family and friends, and especially watching her grandkids bowl. Lisa had a hearty appetite and could often be found relishing her favorite foods, including lasagna, fried chicken, collard greens, potato salad, and sweet potato potatoes.

In her leisure time, Lisa found solace in watching her favorite TV shows, such as the Golden Girls and the Bill Cosby show. She had a vibrant sense of humor, sharing laughter and spreading joy wherever she went. Lisa was known for her compassionate nature, always caring deeply for her children and grandchildren.

Lisa was married to her loving spouse, Gene wife, and together they created a beautiful family. She leaves behind her three children, Pamela White, Betty White, and Gary White, as well as her cherished grandchildren.

Lisa White's legacy is one of love, laughter, and unwavering compassion. She will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. May she rest in eternal peace.
