Linda Marlene Hogan, a beloved mother, grandmother, and partner, passed away on May 20, 2024, at the age of 69. She was born on July 13, 1954, in Harvey, NB, and most recently lived in Fredericton Junction, NB, Canada.
Marlene had a gentle and nurturing spirit, always finding joy in spending time with her family. She cherished her role as a mother and grandmother, finding immense happiness in the love and laughter shared with her sons, Andrew (Amanda) Hogan and Ashley (Cindy) Hogan, as well as her grandchildren Kylie and Kolby Hogan.
In addition to her loving family, Marlene is survived by her siblings Leona Jones, Barbra Jones, Joey (Ann) Jones, Paul (Barb) Jones, John Jones, and Sandra (Sean) Storey. She valued the bond she shared with each of them and treasured the memories they created together.
Marlene had a passion for simple pleasures and found fulfillment in her favorite hobbies, which included reading, gardening, needlepoint, and baking the most delicious homemade bread. These activities brought her a sense of tranquility and allowed her creative spirit to flourish.
Though quiet and shy by nature, Marlene was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. Her selflessness and willingness to go above and beyond for others endeared her to all who knew her.
Marlene was predeceased by her loving husband, Charlie Hogan, and spent the last several years with her common-law partner, Frank McLaughlin. Their companionship brought her comfort and joy in her later years.
Linda Marlene Hogan will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Her kind heart, loving nature, and unwavering support will forever be remembered and cherished. May she rest in peace, knowing that her presence made a lasting impact on the lives she touched.
