Linda Marie Pearce, born on June 2, 1949, in Cape Breton, NB, Canada, passed away on December 28, 2024, in Eastern Passage, NS, Canada. Known affectionately as Marie, she was a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend.

Marie dedicated her life to her family, often expressing that her greatest accomplishment was becoming a grandmother. She is survived by her three children, Calvin, Bernie, and Caroline, and her three cherished grandchildren, Kyle, Emily, and Trinity. Marie also leaves behind six sisters, one brother, and a nephew who felt like a sibling.

An enthusiastic and creative spirit, Marie enjoyed crocheting, making wreaths, and baking, sharing her creations with those she loved. She had a remarkable ability to bring joy to others with her infectious sense of humor, always finding a way to make people laugh. Her home was a welcoming haven for friends and family, where she graciously cared for everyone who entered.

Marie was a familiar face at the Lions Club every Tuesday, where she played bingo and connected with her community. Her loving and generous nature touched the lives of many, and she will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
