Linda Guerrero, affectionately known as Linda Bern, passed away on June 21, 2024, at the age of 71. She was born on May 29, 1953, in Brownwood, TX, and most recently resided in Fort Worth, TX.
Linda had a simple palate and enjoyed indulging in raviolis and TV dinners. She had a deep appreciation for country music and found solace in the melodies of her favorite bands and musical artists. Linda loved nothing more than cutting up and having a good time, but if she was upset, her colorful language would come out.
Her favorite place in the world was her room with the television tuned to channel 8, where she would watch anything that was on. Linda also had a fondness for football and basketball, and she enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her great-grandkids.
Linda, also known as Linda Bern, was a hardworking individual and spent her career in the field of environmental services. She received numerous awards and plaques for her dedication and contributions to her job. Her motto in life was "Oh go on," and she took pride in her accomplishments.
She is survived by her loving daughter, Venice Harper, as well as her cherished grandchildren, Daniel Benavides Jr., Victor Benavides, and Mercedes Benavides. Linda also leaves behind five great-grandchildren. She is also survived by three sisters and two brothers.
Linda was known for her stubborn nature and her refusal to go near the water. She impacted the lives of others in many ways, leaving a lasting impression on those who knew her. Her strong Mormon faith was an important part of her life.
In honoring Linda Guerrero's memory, let us remember her vibrant personality and the joy she brought to those around her. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.
