Linda Clement Gaudin, born on November 3, 1946, in New Orleans, Louisiana, passed away peacefully on October 17, 2024, in Hammond, Louisiana. Linda was a devoted wife to Warren Gaudin and a loving mother to her children, Kristina Pena (Paul) and Jonathan Gaudin (Leslie). She cherished her role as a grandmother to Ruby Pena, Caroline Engeron, and Kayla Engeron, finding immense joy in their lives. She leaves behind a number of nieces and nephews who she also loved dearly. Linda is preceded in death by her mother and father, Ruby and Chester Clement, and her sisters, Sherran Frichter and Kathryn (Kitty) Gomez.
A retired accountant, Linda dedicated her professional life to Shell Oil Refinery in Norco before transitioning into retirement. Her commitment to service extended beyond her career, as she volunteered at both the hospital and her church, demonstrating her kind and loving nature. A proud member of the Catholic Church, her faith was a central part of her life.
Linda's hobbies included bowling, singing in the choir, and enjoying the beauty of nature. Her vibrant personality and strong Christian values touched the lives of many, leaving behind a legacy of love and kindness. She is survived by her sister, Jane Ollar, and her brother, Chesley Cashio. Linda will be remembered fondly by all who knew her as a dedicated family member and a true friend.
