Lilyana Graciela Gomez, affectionately known as Gorda, was born on November 1, 2014, in Odessa, Texas, and passed away on September 9, 2021, in her hometown of Odessa. Lilyana was a bright light in the lives of those who knew her, always laughing and endlessly giving.

An adventurous spirit, she loved fishing, camping, swimming, hunting, and dancing. Whether making memories at Crystal Beach or enjoying her favorite TV show, Paw Patrol, Lilyana embraced life with joy. Her favorite foods included tacos, Cheeto puffs, seafood, and gummy worms, and she could often be found listening to Texas country music and cumbias.

Lilyana's greatest love was for her daddy, Adam Daniel Gomez, who cherished her deeply. She was a wonderful daughter, known for her laughter, dancing, and cooking, and her spirit brought happiness to everyone around her. Her infectious smile and cheerful disposition made every moment brighter.

One of Lilyana's proudest accomplishments was learning to fish, a testament to her adventurous nature. She had a special motto: "Let's dance tata," capturing her joyful approach to life. Her kindness and ability to make the best of any situation left a lasting impact on her family and friends.
