He was a Christmas baby. He was our Father's right hand man in his building demolition and lumber yard. He loved joking around, laughing and he was a prankster, especially as a young man. He was impeccably reliable. He was an early riser. Spring and fall were his favorite seasons. He loved cookouts. And although very quiet, he loved family gatherings and family meals.

Leonard loved nothing more than

A peaceful day with family and loved ones sharing good food and enjoying each other's company. A fresh, hot cup of coffee with a good breakfast and a cigarette to follow.

Sitting behind the steering wheel of an 18 wheeler hauling goods. Living in the Catskill Mountains in upstate NY.

He cared for his family allowing our parents the ability to age in place and affording his siblings a home to always return to.

He had many cats and dogs throughout his life. His last pet was his cat, Tiger, who would sit on the couch with him, follow him as he walked to the mailbox and at times slept in his bed.
