He Enjoyed traveling, listening to music, playing with his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He was a fascinating dresser. We called him “Pimp Daddy” cause of his stylish suits and hats. He was a man of honor. He served his country for many years and made sure his family was always secured. He will be truly missed.

Lee Robert Ledet Sr., affectionately known as Lee and lovingly called “TT,” was born in Lafayette, Louisiana, and later resided in Oakland, California, where he built a life grounded in family, strength, and love. He passed away leaving behind a lasting legacy that will continue to live on through generations.
Lee was a devoted family man whose greatest pride was his family. He believed deeply in unity, loyalty, and standing strong for those you love. His favorite saying, “Show Ya Right!”, reflected his bold spirit, confidence, and unmistakable personality.
Known for his strong presence, kind heart, and unwavering devotion to those he loved, Lee touched many lives through his words, his actions, and the example he set. He was a source of guidance, support, and love, always showing up for his family in meaningful ways.
Lee Robert Ledet Sr. is survived by:
Priscilla Ledet Thomas (Edward, Nicole, and Allen);
Lee Robert Ledet Jr. (Vickie and Robin);
Patricia Ledet (Tessey, Jesse, and Joecore);
Verlia Elerby (Val, Valarie, Nolan, Nolanda, Patricka, and Julia);
Carl Ledet Sr. (Rosenette and Carl Ledet Jr.);
Rachel Ledet Dean (William, Xavier, Geisha, and Spencer);
and a host of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Those who knew TT will remember him for his strength, loyalty, and deep love for family. Though he has departed this life, his memory, wisdom, and spirit will remain forever in the hearts of those who were blessed to know him.
