Laurie A. Apps, born on March 24, 1967, in Grayling, MI, passed away on October 25, 2024, in Traversecity, MI. Laurie was a vibrant spirit known for her love of dancing, cooking, gardening, and riding motorcycles. Above all, she cherished her family, dedicating her life to her children, Michael Stowell and Christin Apps.
Laurie is survived by her siblings James Apps II, Bonnie Davis-Apps, Derina Dine, and Lylenette Canfield, who will forever hold her memory in their hearts. She was preceded in death by her son, Kirk Stowell II, her mother, Geneva Canfield, her father, James Apps Sr., and her brother, Lyle Canfield II.
Laurie's infectious joy and love for life will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege to know her.
