Pretty much anything you could do near the water, boating, swimming, bonfires, waterskiing, sunbathing, kayaking, canoeing, watching the sunrise and lounging in the hammock. She also liked the outdoors in the winter, she would snow ski and snowboard.
Lauren enjoyed cooking for her loved ones and it was a feast with variety. Some of her favorite foods were fajitas, Arabic food, anything spiced, and of course the Meximelt.
Lauren loved to listen, sing and dance to music. Liked to attend comedy shows and concerts like metallica with her soulmate Adam
Lauren, like her mother was left-handed.
Spending time with her son doing anything and everything to give him the best experiences life could offer.
For Lauren it was the beach and the water.
