Larry Hardeman, born on March 28, 1949, in Vanceburg, Kentucky, passed away peacefully on September 11, 2024, in Carthage, Indiana. He was a dedicated heavy equipment operator and took immense pride in his work throughout his career.

Larry was a loving husband to his wife, Patricia (Nolan) Hardeman. Together, they built a life filled with love and joy. He is survived by his son, Douglas Hardeman, and his daughter, Donnetta Betley. Larry cherished his role as a grandfather to Taylor, Hayley, and McKayla Hardeman, as well as Myka and Kenzie Betley. His great-grandchildren, Tayley, Paisley, Kingston, and Nora, brought him boundless happiness, and he loved nothing more than spending time with them.

An avid reader, Larry found joy in losing himself in a good book. He also had a particular fondness for soup beans and cornbread, often sharing meals and stories with family and friends.

Larry's warmth and love for his family will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His legacy of kindness and dedication will live on in the hearts of his loved ones.
