Family traditions — holiday gatherings, storytelling, or always being the one to make people laugh Tinkering or fixing things — working on cars, small projects, or repairing anything people brought to him But most importantly his family. They brought life to him and that’s more than anyone could ask for
Larry Douglas, of Sand Springs, passed away surrounded by the love of his family. Larry was a hardworking, down-to-earth man who built a quiet and meaningful life on his farm, where he found peace in open fields, early mornings, and the simple joys of country living.
He was a proud father to his children — Logan Douglas, Larry Douglas, Lindsey Douglas, and Lyric Douglas — who were the greatest joy of his life. Larry was known for his gentle spirit, steady hands, and the way he could fix almost anything. He loved tending to his land, caring for animals, and spending time outdoors, where he felt most at home.
Larry will be remembered for his humor, his generosity, and his loyalty to the people he loved. Whether he was offering a helping hand, telling a story, or just sitting on the porch watching the day pass, he brought comfort and calm to everyone around him.
He leaves behind a legacy of love, strength, and simple kindness — one that will live on through his children and all who knew him
