Laci Neal, known lovingly as Sage, was born on November 3, 2003, in Church Hill and most recently resided in Kingsport. A talented individual with a passion for both digital and traditional art, Laci also enjoyed crochet and swimming, embracing creativity in all aspects of life. A devoted fan of Hozier and musicals, she found joy and inspiration in music.
Laci was a hard-working and determined young woman, having graduated high school early and pursuing her dreams in college. She dedicated herself to her career as a funeral director apprentice, showcasing her selflessness and compassion for others. Laci had been involved in her community, volunteering at animal shelters and participating in band organizations, where she had spent many years.
Survived by her aunt and uncle, Lou and Alden Brewer, and siblings Brad Neal and Madison Neal, along with several beloved nephews and nieces, Laci’s spirit will live on in the hearts of those she touched. She was predeceased by her mother, Tammy Neal.
Laci loved nothing more than her mother and her cherished cats, embodying a bold and nurturing personality. Her remarkable accomplishments and contributions to her family and community will be remembered fondly by all who knew her.
