Kip Allen Ingalls, 48, of Janesville, Wisconsin, passed away on April 6, 2025. Born on September 20, 1976, in Janesville, Wisconsin, Kip lived a life marked by creativity, faith, and a deep love for his family and community.
A graduate of Joseph A. Craig High School in Janesville, Kip was known from an early age for his natural talent and determination. In August of 2020, he channeled his entrepreneurial spirit into founding his own paint shop, Kipprz. Through this venture, he not only showcased his craftsmanship but also built lasting relationships with customers and peers alike.
Kip’s faith was a cornerstone of his life. He became saved and was baptized in 1999—a spiritual turning point that led him to serve joyfully on the church worship team as a drummer. His love for God resonated through his music and his actions, touching the lives of many around him.
Those who knew Kip remember him as someone who brought light into every room. He had a gift for making people laugh and lifting spirits with his humor and warmth. Whether helping a friend in need or sharing a joke to brighten someone’s day, Kip’s generous heart left an indelible mark on all who crossed his path.
He is lovingly remembered by his wife of 25 years, Amy Vogt Ingalls; daughters Madisyn and Kaya (Fiance Carlos Mejia) Ingalls; son Noah Ingalls; sister Lisa (John) Sisulak; and brother Josh (Amber) Ingalls. Honorable Mentions- Kip was blessed to be able to have others that he considered his close family. Roger and Cindy Hills, Larry and Deborah Vogt, Alice Hills, Becky Carson, Karen Kelsch, Tamra and Kari Vail, Janae Welsh and Kris Osborne along with several In-Law Brothers and Sisters, and Nieces and Nephews all whom which he loved dearly. He was preceded in death by his father Ronald Ingalls and mother Eva Anderson Ingalls.
A funeral service to honor Kip’s life will be held on Saturday, June 7, 2025, at Faith Community Church, located at 2931 Lucerne Drive in Janesville, Wisconsin (53545). Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM followed by the service at 11:00 AM. A luncheon will follow the service to allow friends and family to gather in remembrance.
Kip will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. May his memory bring comfort and joy to those he touched throughout his life.
