Kevin Todd Roman, beloved son, brother, father, and friend, passed away on March 8, 2024, at the age of 31. He was born on August 25, 1992, in Prestonsburg, KY, and most recently resided in Meally, KY.

Kevin was a loving and devoted father who cherished spending time with his two amazing children, Avery Anderson Roman and Zoey Marie Roman, A faithful loving husband to his wife Keesha Leanne Roman. His love for his kids and family knew no bounds, and he always made sure to create beautiful memories with them. Kevin had a kind and compassionate heart, always going out of his way to help his loved ones and anyone in need. He had a special love for animals, even going as far as catching and releasing bugs instead of harming them.

Sports played a significant role in Kevin's life, and he had a particular passion for baseball, basketball, and skateboarding. He enjoyed teaching and playing sports with his children, creating a lasting bond through these activities. Kevin also loved building and riding motorcycles, finding joy in the thrill of the open road.

Kevin attended Prestonsburg High School, graduating with the class of 2010. He leaves behind cherished memories with his sister, Jessica Raelyn Roman, her husband Patrick Johnson, and niece, Octavia Patricia Jean Johnson. Kevin's parents, Sharma Aleene Roman and Raymond Kevin Roman, mourn the loss of their beloved son.

In addition to his immediate family, Kevin leaves behind his uncle Matthew Jason McCarty (Jerra), aunt Crissy Dawn Day (Greg), and cousins Derek Lovins, Jocee McCarty, Alexis McCarty, Matthew Brayden McCarty, Carissa McCarty, Adeline McCarty, and many more.

Kevin will be deeply missed by his close friends, Stephanie Lasha Gibson, Christy, and Mitchell Hackney, who were fortunate to have shared in his life's journey.

A kind-hearted and generous individual, Kevin impacted the lives of those around him, always striving to bring happiness to everyone he held dear. He leaves behind a legacy of love and compassion that will forever be cherished.

A quote that resonated with Kevin was "Life is too short to be angry all the time," which reflected his positive outlook on life.

Kevin's proudest accomplishment was being a devoted and loving father to his children. He cherished every moment spent with them and took great joy in watching them grow.

Kevin's memory will forever live in the hearts of those who knew and loved him. His gentle spirit, loyalty, and goofy sense of humor will be remembered fondly by all. He will be dearly missed.

In honor of Kevin's community contributions, he volunteered his time to coach sports when needed, inspiring and empowering young athletes.

In addition to his immediate family, Kevin is survived by a slew of great aunts, great uncles, and a host of other relatives and friends who mourn his passing.
