Kevin Roy Swink, beloved son, father, and friend, passed away on July 3, 2024, at the age of 60. He was born on October 7, 1963, in San Bernardino County, CA, and most recently resided in Fontana, CA.
Kevin had a zest for life and enjoyed spending his time engaging in various hobbies. He loved prospecting for gold, even though he never found any, and had a passion for off-roading, fishing, and simply being outdoors. His favorite foods included pizza, hamburgers, and anything with grease.
When it came to music, Kevin was a fan of country music, with Brooks and Dunn ranking among his favorite bands. He found joy in watching TV shows like Dragon Ball Z, Ancient Aliens, and documentaries.
There was nothing Kevin loved more than being outside, playing sports, and having fun. He considered home his favorite place in the world and always found his way back there, even in his final moments.
Kevin is survived by his children Brandi M Swink, Erik A Swink, and stepchild Shaun A Mayne. He also leaves behind his cherished grandchildren Aaron Marin, Ariana Marin, Isaac Marin, Steven Lieder, Adrien Robles, and Elitania Swink.
His fun-loving and comedic nature brought laughter and joy to those around him. Kevin had a big heart and was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He will be deeply missed by his friends, Shannon Strain and Richard Strain, as well as his loving family and friends.
A Christian at heart, Kevin leaves behind a legacy of love, laughter, and kindness. In his own words, he often said, "I can't call it." His memory will forever be cherished by all who knew him. May he rest in peace.
