Kermit Mitchell Carter, age 68, born on May 18, 1956, passed away at his home on August 30, 2024, in Evansville, Indiana. He was a beloved husband to Luanna M. Carter, with whom he shared many joyous years.
Mitch was known for his love of drinking coffee and watching the news, often found with a steaming mug in hand while staying informed about current events. His passion for Oldies music brought him great joy, and he cherished moments spent listening to the timeless tunes. A dedicated fan of classic television, Mitch enjoyed watching "Gunsmoke," reliving the adventures of the Old West.
He is survived by his spouse Luanna Carter, his children, Angi, Brennan, and James, his sister Janie, and his brother Mark, who carry on his legacy of warmth and love.
He was preceded in death by parents, Kermit and Juanita Carter, his brother Ronald Carter.
Mitch's kind spirit and unique sense of humor will be greatly missed by all who knew him. Funeral Arrangements are still pending at this time.
