Obituary

Kent Ryan-Sheena Mclellan, also known as Boneface, passed away on May 12, 2024, at the age of 34. He was born on April 22, 1990, in Presque Isle, ME, and most recently lived in Daytona Beach, FL. Kent had a passion for martial arts and was an accomplished musician. His favorite bands included RAC.

Kent was a life-long activist and had served as a Ukrainian veteran twice. He was deeply committed to environmental activism. Kent's love for animals, his children, and his wife was immeasurable. Mariupol, Ukraine, held a special place in his heart, and he cherished the memories he had there.

In addition to his interests in martial arts and music, Kent enjoyed watching boxing and mixed martial arts. He was also known for his impersonations and sense of humor, always able to find laughter in himself. However, in his later years, he struggled with depression and experienced moments of lethargy and sorrow.

Kent's career achievements included working as a cyber security specialist. He was guided by the motto, "On the plains of hesitation bleach the bones of countless millions who, at the dawn of decision, sat down to wait, and waiting died."

One of Kent's proudest accomplishments was his involvement in defending Mariupol in 2022, earning him an infamous reputation against Russia. He was survived by his spouse Elizabeth Rogers, their children Keely Mclellan, Richard Reed, Alexis Mclellan, Kendal Mclellan, and his grandson Kaydence. Kent is also survived by his brother, Chris.

Kent had a significant impact on the lives of others, acting as an angel to some and a devil to most. He was involved in various community organizations and social causes, including Azov, Florida United, Combat 18, Unforgiven Brotherhood, and Unforgiven Brotherhood Athletic Club. He served as a Ukrainian veteran and played a role in self-policing Saint Cloud and Palatka with Combat 18.

Kent's religious beliefs were rooted in Thelema. In honor of his Ukrainian heritage, an Azov flag will be displayed during his funeral service.

Kent Ryan-Sheena Mclellan will be deeply missed by his loved ones and the communities he impacted. May he rest in peace.
