Kenny Deane Jones, born on June 14, 1976, in Anacortes, WA, passed away on November 3, 2024, in his beloved hometown. Known affectionately as Kenny, he was a dedicated commercial fisherman and captain whose love for the water defined much of his life.
Kenny was a devoted father to his daughters, Allison and Sydney, who were his pride and joy. His passion for family was evident in every moment spent with them, and he cherished the memories they built together. Alongside his love for family, he found joy in fishing, camping, and music, often sharing tall tales and laughter around the campfire. His friends and family will remember him not only for his storytelling but also for his quick wit and sense of humor.
Survived by his mother, Sheryl, and father, Ken, Kenny’s legacy lives on through the deep connections he formed with those around him. He was known for his helpful nature, always willing to lend a hand to anyone in need.
Kenny's favorite place in the world was Alaska, where he felt most at home among the natural beauty and the sea. A fan of football, he enjoyed cheering on his favorite teams with friends and family. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but his spirit will remain in the stories shared and the love he gave so freely.
We'll plant real trees for you in Kenny's memory and display your contribution forever.
