Loved movies, board games, TV shows, music, trivia games, and being the life of the party!
He loved Mexican food, Greek food, Pizza, home cooked food, just about any food you make and put in front of them he will eat.
He loved Elton John, Barry Gibb, Peter Frampton, sticks, meatloaf, pink floyd, suddenly '70s, the beatles, classic rock basically all of it Queen Van Halen, Keith Urban and country music Air supply he really loves George strait and always bought total countries greatest hits, he did love worship music, and Keith Green.
He loved going fishing but he was a terrible fisherman. We never caught a fish but we always had a great time! Dad always wanted to have fun and a good time! At one point he loved the Bible and God so much, and that never goes away. When I would talk to him about it lately he'd light up and start going off on how I got the facts wrong in the Bible and what it really meant.
Telling jokes and making people laugh
Growing up he used to say his favorite place in the world was when all of us were on the bed watching a show together.
He loves The X-Files, Downtown Abbey, house, phones, 24, elementary, niptuck, and a ton of various other ones
He loved watching football, basketball, baseball and would have them on 24/7 if he could
His favorite movie of all time was Jaws! I also remember how much he loved the Wizard of Oz and The sound of music. He would watch those two movies a lot.
He was a pastor for the majority of his life, and he worked odd jobs and hospitality at hotels, he worked as a money guy for a truck stop and taking all of their drawers and giving them to him every night and day. He worked as a car salesman, he's worked as a security guard. He was also a dad and a husband.
My dad's superpower was to be funny even when he wasn't trying to be. He tried to tell us a bunch of jokes and we didn't think they were funny and then he said thank you I'll be here all week. We died laughing and then so every time we didn't think anything was funny we would just announce thank you I'll be here all week after that. His other superpower was being able to find a sermon out of any object around him. He can make a sermon out of it
