Keith Harold Kearney was born on January 25, 1959 to John and Patricia Kearney. He passed away on July 13th 2023.
He was the middle child of three. Debbie Kearney is his older sister and Lori Kearney was his younger sister. He is preceded in death by his parents and younger sister.
Keith is survived by his sister, Debbie Kearney; his wife Susan Kearney; his son John Kearney and John's husband Andy Kearney; his son James Kearney and James' wife Lindsey Kearney and their son James Mason Kearney; and his daughter Melissa Bunch and Melissa's husband,Michael Bunch, and their children Dylan Bunch, Aubrey Bunch and Adeline Bunch.
Keith joined the Air Force in 1977 and served for 10 years as a medic. He met is wife, Susan, while serving in the Air Force and they got married on August 16th 1980. Keith earned the nickname "Crash Kearney" for crashing multiple ambulances.
Keith was a man who loved people and wanted to help those he could. He went to Lima, Peru and did Medical Missionary work. He loved cooking breakfast at Rescue Atlanta for the homeless and volunteeering to assist with various church outreach programs.
Keith enjoyed fishing with his father and family, playing Disc golf, spending time with his grandkids, and cooking sausage gravy and biscuits. He was an avid fan of the Pittsburgh Steelers.
Keith will be remembered as a loving brother, husband, father, grandfather, and all around good person. He will truly be missed by those who love him.
